Before, a 3-megawatt plant took 90 days just to build and finish the concrete boxes. Today, with Fuplastic, we do it in just 30 days. It was the same story with the O&M room: a concrete and masonry structure that used to take at least 60 days. Now we deliver it in 9. A project of this size used to require 60 people; today we do it with 30, half the crew, and still with much more speed. That changes everything: the faster we go, the sooner the plant starts generating power. It's a win for us and a satisfaction for the client. We used to complete 4 projects a year. Now we've reached 20.

I can only be grateful for Fuplastic's technology. A project used to take 6 months; today we deliver it in 3. We've already completed about 200 projects with them. The control house, which used to take 2 to 3 months to finish, is now delivered in 2 days. Another point is standardization: we used to deal with boxes of many different sizes, which complicated everything. Today we have 100 houses and 100 boxes, all identical. On top of that, we no longer need such specialized labor — we can carry out the work with more accessible teams, while maintaining quality and speed.
